Instruments include graphite pencils, pen and ink, inked brushes, wax color pencils, crayons, charcoal, chalk, pastels, various kinds of erasers, markers, styluses, various metals.

Sponsors can sponsor Cool Art India for any amount of money of at least ₹500. At or above the following levels a sponsor will be designated as being one of the following class:
